All of our products are made to order, which helps us reduce waste & keep prices fair. Because of this reason, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or mistake. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll remake or replace it free of charge - no need to return anything or pay for shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s an error with your order:
- Contact us within 60 days of receiving your item
- Provide a photo of the issue (if applicable)
- We’ll remake or replace it at no cost to you
- *To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
