All of our products are made to order, which helps us reduce waste and keep prices fair. Because each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or mistake. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll remake or replace it free of charge - no need to return anything or pay for shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s an error with your order:
- Contact us within 60 days of receiving your item
- Provide a photo of the issue (if applicable)
- We’ll remake or replace it at no cost to you

- Refund Processing Time: Within 7 days of receiving your returned product (if applicable)
- Return Shipping: We cover the return shipping cost

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

As all items are made to order, and many are personalized, we do not offer refunds unless the issue is due to an error on our part. In rare cases (e.g., credit card fraud, repeated remakes, or clear fault on our side), a refund may be approved.
If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact our support team with details and a photo of the issue if possible. We’ll review your case and do our best to find a fair solution.
